After successfully delivering phase 1 of the project BMG were appointed to relocate 150 staff back to the refurbished 2nd floor at Cardale house in Harrogate.
The relocation consisted of the migration of all IT equipment, 300 crates, 5 safes, and numerous vending machines as well as the clearance of over 130 redundant workstations, pedestals, multiple storage units and a degree of meeting room furniture, all of which had to be completed by the close of play on Sunday to allow the contractor to take the 1st floor to commence the refurbishment of this area.
BMG not only managed to complete the works in the limited window of opportunity but also via our unique furniture resale service where able to sell a degree of the redundant furniture, which subsequently not only reduced the overall costs but also considerably reduced VocaLink carbon footprint, with the redundant furniture being redistributed into the local community.
Staff relocated 150.
