BMG Extras Traditional Get client brief We work closely with the client to understand their goals and challenges, and devise the best solution Our nationwide network of warehouses means we can accept large scale deliveries to distribute to clients at preferred timings, and also hold returned items for as long as needed. This network allows us to provide a cost-effective quote We devise a project plan that includes organising routes, making parking arrangements with Local Authorities, and technical surveys of sites (access, constraints, timings, risk assessments) We have specialist equipment and transportation for high-value, delicate and sensitive items, such as ATMs, healthcare equipment, server racks, cooling systems and switch equipment. Our teams are expertly trained in the handling and transportation of all equipment In addition to our own vehicles and drivers, we have technical teams who can carry out installations and liaise with other contractors, such as electricians All of our warehouses are secure and we use digital audits to track and monitor items; all deliveries are tracked with GPS We provide management of redundant equipment and waste materials as part of our end-to-end solutions. All packaging is removed from sites and all disposal and recycling complies with the WEEE directive We understand that urgent requirements for storage or delivery can come up.
